Temp to Perm
With the economic downturn, some of our clients are using our Temp to Perm process to save money and test potential employees by hiring them on a temporary basis, then transferring them to regular full-time jobs as they get better visibility into their sales revenue. Many of our clients believe it's the most cost-effective hiring process they can have.
In this process, RFIDJOBING.com, in concert with our client, identify, screen, and provide candidates that may, at the client’s option, become a permanent employee (this time period can be fixed or variable, depending on the position, market conditions, etc.)
During this initial trial period the client has the opportunity to make a thorough evaluation of the employee's demonstrated value to the organization prior to making a full time employment commitment.
Upon the successful completion of a trial term (typically 6 months, but can be longer), the employee at the client's sole discretion, would convert to the clients payroll as a permanent employee of the client. This "try and buy" approach maximizes our clients' ability to make a hiring decision, in a timely manner, while minimizing the risks associated with direct employment.
Temp to Perm positions are particularly attractive to our clients as they give them the ability to bring in highly experienced RFID Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to perform special projects, and as market conditions change and RFID rollouts are expanded and institutionalized, they can retain the experts that helped them define and drive their RFID initiatives without loosing momentum or institutional knowledge of their RFID initiative.
